RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL
OF A PLAT FOR
SHERIDAN VILLAS ADDITION
WHEREAS, Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation ("Applicant") has
requested approval to subdivide land located at 2517 — 76th Street West; and
WHEREAS, the Richfield Housing and Redevelopment Authority is the fee owner
of the land and has consented to this application; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is to be known as SHERIDAN VILLAS
ADDITION; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the proposed plat of SHERIDAN
VILLAS ADDITION on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at which all interested persons were
given the opportunity to be heard; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, as follows:
1. The proposed plat of SHERIDAN VILLAS ADDITION satisfies the
requirements of the City's subdivision ordinances.
2. Approval of the plat of SHERIDAN VILLAS ADDITION is granted with the
following conditions:
a. The applicant must submit two mylar copies of the plat for signature by
the City.
b. The plat must be recorded within 30 days of this approval and proof of
recording submitted to the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 27th day of

That part of the East 3/4 of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter (SE 1/4 of SE 1/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Twenty-
eight (28), Range Twenty-four (24), described as commencing at the
northwest corner of said East 3/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence East
along the North line of said SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 170 feet; thence South
parallel with the West line of said East 3/4 of SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 258
feet; thence West parallel with the North line of said SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
