RESOLUTION NO. 8135
RESOLUTION APPROVING MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
AGREEMENT NO. 71587
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Richfield enter into an
agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Transportation for the following purposes, to-wit:
To remove the existing traffic control signals,
install and remove temporary traffic control signals
and install new traffic control signals with street
lights, signing, emergency vehicle preemption and
interconnect on Trunk Highway No. 494 North and
South Ramps at County State Aid Highway No. 32
(Penn Avenue) in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth and contained in Agreement
No. 71587, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby
assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual
obligations contained therein.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota
this 25th day of April, 1994.
