RESOLUTION NO. 8081
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO ASSESSMENT
AGREEMENT AND ASSESSOR'S CERTIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council has been requested to approve a
proposed amendment to that certain instrument entitled Assessment
Agreement and Assessor's Certification dated December 13, 1983
("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, such Agreement covers land now described as: Lots
1, 2 and 3, Block 1, RICHFIELD BANK ADDITION, and Lots 24 and 25,
Block 4, Lyndale Shores on Wood Lake ("Property"); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed a
document entitled Amendment to Assessment Agreement and
Assessor's Certification ("Amendment") which, provides for an
increase in the minimum market value of the Property, and an
allocation of the minimum market value among the parcels which
constitute the Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota that the Amendment is in all
respects APPROVED.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota
this 13th day of December, 1993.
