RESOLUTION NO. 8210
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1996-2000 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, a proposed Capital Improvement Program for 1996-
2000 has been prepared for review by the Planning Commission in
accordance with charter requirements,~and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received the recommendations
and benefit of review of these proposed documents by the Planning
Commission and has it-self reviewed these proposals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1996-2000 Capital
Improvement Program is hereby approved and adopted subject to
annual review and revision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to initiate the procedures which will
lead to more formal and detailed consideration of these projects
in accordance with the aforementioned laws and practices.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,
this 12th day of December, 1994.
