94-8184r46 RESOLUTION NO. 8184 RESOLUTION ADOPTING A PROPOSED BUDGET AND TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1995 WHEREAS, the Minnesota Truth in Taxation law provides for a proposed tax levy to be certified to the County Auditor by September 15, 1994, and then recertified before December 31, 1994. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows: 1. The proposed budget for the City of Richfield year 1995is hereby approved and adopted with appropriations foreach of the departments to follows: GENERAL FUND Legislative $ 179,740 Executive 422,850 Administrative Services 897,730 Community Development 259,950 Public Safety 6,723,300 Community Services 4,154,570 TOTAL GENERAL FUND 12,638,140 for the be as 2.
