NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Such alley maintenance is hereby ordered as proposed by resolution adopted June 13, 1994. 2. The work to be performed may be by day labor, by City force, by contract or by any combination thereof. Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this 8th day of August, 1994.
