2009-02BILL NO. 2009-2 AMENDMENT TO SECTION 1202.07 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Subsection 1202.07 Subdivision 3, paragraph b of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield entitled "Restaurants" is hereby amended: Subd.3. Specific entities. b) Restaurants. An on-sale intoxicatina liquor license may not be granted to a restaurant which does not have a total market value, including land and buildings, of at least $600.000.
