I CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order immediately following the reconvened January 22, 2008
regular City Council Meeting by Mayor Goettel at 5:32 p.m. in the Richfield School District Board
Room.

Sandahl.
Staff Present:
Steven Devich, City Manager; Mike Eastling, Public Works Director; John
Stark, Acting Community Development Director; Jim Topitzhofer, Recreation
Services Director; Brad Sveum, Fire Services Director; Bill Fillmore, Municipal
Liquor Operations Director; Dan Scott, Public Safety Director; Chris Regis,
Finance Manager; and Pam Dmytrenko, Assistant to City Manager.
