RESOLUTION NO. 8321
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
AND INTERNATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERS
LOCAL 49 AFUCIO FOR THE YEAR 1996
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reached an agreement with the International
Union of Operating Engineers Local 49 for the year 1996; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Ordinance requires that contracts between the City
and the exclusive representative of employees in an appropriate bargaining unit shall
be implemented by Council resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
approve the Labor Agreement between the City of Richfield and the International Union
of Operating Engineers Local 49 for the year 1996 and that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Richfield.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 8th day of
January, 1996.
