RESOLUTION NO. 8396
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY VACATION
PETITION AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting the vacation
of a drainage and utility easement described as follows:
The northerly and westerly 10 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Christian's Second Addition,
according to the map or plat on file or of record in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, said petition complies in all respects with the requirements of
Richfield Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota as follows:
1. The petition for vacation of the drainage and utility easement in Lot 1, Block
2, Christian's Second Addition is received.
2. A public hearing on the drainage and utility easement in said petition shall
be held on November 12, 1996.
3. The City Clerk is directed to publish notice of such hearing in the official
newspaper of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 14th day of
October, 1996.
