RESOLUTION NO. 8348
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECEIVING ALLEY VACATION PETITION AND
CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting the vacation
of an alley easement described as follows:
Alley in Block 8, Irwindale Addition, Richfield, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, said petition complies in all respects with the requirements of
Richfield Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota as follows:
1. The petition for vacation of the Alley in Block 8, Irwindale Addition, Richfield
Minnesota is received.
2. A public hearing on the alley vacation in said petition shall be held on June
10, 1996.
3. The City Clerk is directed to publish notice of such hearing in the official
newspaper of the City and post notice of said hearing in the manner provided
by Richfield Ordinance. .
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 13th day of
May, 1996.
