RESOLUTION NO. 8329
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING CITY MANAGER'S APPOINTMENT OF
TWO RESIDENT MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council-of the City of Richfield, Minnesota
hereby approves the City Manager's appointment of Mr. Lawrence Emond and Mr.
Glenn Erickson as 1996 resident members of the Board of Equalization as provided in
Chapter 7 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that compensation for the two resident members
of the Board of Equalization be set at a minimum of $44.50 per session of the Boar<~ or
$17.75 per hour per session of the Board, whichever is greater.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 26th day of
February, 1996
