RESOLUTION NO. 8516
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CITY OF RICHFIELD AS THE
LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT FOR WETLAND CONSERVATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, that
the City of Richfield has been and expects to continue acting as the Local Government
Unit (LGU) for wetlands in this municipality.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 27th day of
October, 1997.
