RESOLUTION NO. 8488
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF LABOR AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD AND
LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, INC. (LELS), LOCAL 225 BARGAINING
UNIT (911 DISPATCHERS)
FOR THE YEARS 1997-1999.
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Richfield 911 Bargaining Unit, Local 225,
have reached an understanding concerning conditions of employment for the years
1997 -1999; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Ordinance requires that contracts between
the City and the Exclusive Bargaining Representative of employees in an appropriate
bargaining unit shall be implemented by Council Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
approve the Labor Agreement between the City of Richfield and LELS, Local 225
Bargaining Unit for the years 1997-1999 under the provisions of the Labor Agreement
to be implemented effective January 3, 1997.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 28th day of
July, 1997.
