RESOLUTION NO. 8548
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REVISION OF THE 1998
BUDGET FOR OTHER AGENCIES DIVISION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the 1998 budget document on December
8,1997 appropriating funds for personal services and other expenses and capital
outlays for each department of the City for the year 1998; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has requested revision of the 1998 budget
appropriation in accordance with Charter provisions for determining the specific
allocation of $88,020 of unallocated funds for the Legislative Department--Other
Agencies Division of the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be authorized to execute
contractual agreements with the above-named agencies summarizing services to be
