RESOLUTION NO. 8772
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY PETITION
AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
(62nd Street)
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City requesting the vacation of
62nd Street right-of-way adjacent to 6225 Blaisdell as depicted in Exhibit A.
WHEREAS, said petition complies in all respects with the requirements of
Richfield Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota as follows:
1. The petition for vacation of 62nd Street right-of-way adjacent to 6225
Blaisdell Avenue is received.
2. A second reading and public hearing on the vacation in said petition shall
be held on October 25, 1999.
3. The City Clerk is directed to publish notice of such hearing in the official
newspaper of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of Richfield, Minnesota this 27th day of September,
1999.
