CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Sandahl at 7:05 p.m.

HRA Members Sue Sandahl, Chair; Mary Supple; David Gepner; and Debbie Goettel.

Staff Present: John Stark, Acting Executive Director; Karen Barton, Assistant Community
Development Director; Pam Dmytrenko, Assistant City Manager; Chris Regis,
Finance Manager; Lynette Chambers, Leased Housing Specialist; Myrt Link,
Community Development Accountant; and Nancy Gibbs, City Clerk.
Item # I DISCUSSION REGARDING SECTION 8 FUNDS
Acting Executive Director Stark introduced Lynette Chambers, Leased Housing Specialist.
Leased Housing Specialist Chambers explained how the Section 8 program works.
Acting Executive Director Stark presented an overview of the financial responsibility with the
Section 8 program.
