RESOLUTION APPROVING ABSENTEE BALLOT COUNTING EQUIPMENT, ES&S
CENTRAL COUNTER MODEL DS850 TO BE USED AT THE STATE PRIMARY AND
STATE GENERAL ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to MN Statute 206.58 subd.3; the City of Richfield
authorizes the use of the ES&S Central Counter Model DS850 for the tabulation of all
absentee ballots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, does hereby authorize the use of the ES&S Central Counter Model DS850 for
the tabulation of all absentee ballots.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 10th day of
June 2014.
