URBAN VILLAGE, INTERCHANGE WEST/L YNDALE GATEWAY, RICHFIELD
REDISCOVERED, RICHFIELD REDISCOVERED II, AND L YNDALE GATEWAY
WEST TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS, ALL REDEVELOPMENT
DISTRICTS LOCATED WITH RICHFIELD REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA

Acting Executive Director Palmborg presented Staff Report No. 43.
Rebecca Kurtz of Ehlers and Associates explained modifications to the Increment
Financing Districts.
M/Kirsch, S/Gepner that the followino HRA resolution be adopted, that it be spread in the
HRA resolution book and that it be made part of these minutes:
HRA RESOLUTION NO. 1021
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A MODIFICATION TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
FOR THE RICHFIELD REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA AND THE
MODIFICATIONS OF THE CITY BELLA, INTERSTATE-L YNDALE-NICOLLET,
INTERCHANGE, GRAMERCY, URBAN VILLAGE, INTERCHANGE
WEST/L YNDALE GATEWAY, RICHFIELD REDISCOVERED, RICHFIELD
REDISCOVERED II, AND LYNDALE GATEWAY WEST TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING DISTRICTS. (REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS)
Motion carried 4-0. This HRA Resolution appears as HRA Resolution NO.1 021.
