RESOLUTION NO. 9993
RESOLUTION GRANTING A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE PRELIMINARY AND
FINAL APPROVAL OF A SUBDIVISION FOR
CSM INVESTORS, INC. AND THE SHOPS AT L YNDALE PROJECT
WHEREAS, CSM Investors, Inc., ("Applicant") has requested a minor amendment
to the preliminary and final approval to combine and subdivide several tracts of land
located generally south of 77th Street and north of 78th. Street and west of Emerson
Avenue and east of Lyndale Avenue; in the City of Richfield; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is to be known as THE SHOPS AT
L YNDALE; and
WHEREAS, the plat was approved by the City Council on July 24,2007, subject to
certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, at the request of Hennepin County Examiner of Titles and surveyor's
office, the plat has been revised to correct a legal description and include a portion of
Lyndale Avenue as dedicated to the public; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
as follows:
1. The proposed plat of THE SHOPS AT L YNDALE satisfies the requirements of
the City's subdivision ordinance
2. Final approval is granted to the Applicant for the plat THE SHOPS AT
L YNDALE, subject to the following conditions:
1. The resolution should approved the plat as amended, subject to the conditions set forth
in the original resolution, Resolution No. 9963.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 9th day of
October, 2007.
