AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER XII
OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF RICHFIELD BY AMENDING SECTION 1202 ENTITLED SALE AND
CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR, WINE AND BEER
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Chapter XII of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield entitled "Wine" is hereby
amended:
1202.05 Subd. 3(d) Wine.
(1) On-sale wine licenses may be issued to restaurants, hotels and clubs.
(2) No more than seven twelve wine licenses may be issued.
