14-10915r RESOLUTION NO. 10915 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF A PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT FOR 6700, 6710, 6734, 6754, AND 6758 PORTLAND AVENUE (RICHFIELD MUNICIPAL CENTER AND HEREDIA PARK) WHEREAS, the City of Richfield ("Applicant"), has requested final approval of a plat for the property at 6700, 6710, 6734, 6754, and 6758 Portland Avenue (Richfield Municipal Center and Heredia Park), in the City of Richfield; and WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is to be known as RICHFIELD CITY HALL; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the proposed preliminary and final plat of RICHFIELD CITY HALL on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at which all interested persons were given the opportunity to be heard; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, as follows: 1. The proposed plat of RICHFIELD CITY HALL satisfies the requirements of the City's subdivision ordinances. 2. Final approval is granted to the Applicant for the plat RICHFIELD CITY HALL. 3. The Applicant must file the final plat with the Hennepin County Recorder or Registrar of Titles, within 30 days of the approval of this resolution. 4. Staff is authorized to make changes as required by the Hennepin County Surveyor's Office.
