CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Goettel at 6:02 p.m.

Fitzhenry.

Fillmore, Municipal Liquor Operations Director; Todd Sandell, Public Safety
Director/Chief; Pam Dmytrenko, Assistant City Manager; Chris Regis,
Finance Manager; and Cheryl Krumholz, Executive Coordinator.

Mayor Goettel presented Staff Report No. 239.
M/Sandahl, S/Fitzhenry to close the public hearing.
Motion carried 5-0.
M/Goettel, S/Sandahl to schedule final action on the levy, budget items, and utility rates, for
the Regular City Council Meeting of December 10, 2013.
Motion carried 5-0.
ADJOURNMENT
The City Council meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 6:13 p.m.
