RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF A PLAT FOR
401-77TH STREET WEST, 501-77TH STREET WEST, 7724 HARRIET AVENUE, 400-
78TH STREET WEST, 500-78TH STREET WEST, AND 520-78TH STREET WEST
(WOOD MINNESOTA RE ADDITION)
WHEREAS, Wood Minnesota Re, LLC ("Applicant"), has requested final approval
to combine the properties located at 401-77th Street West, 501-77th Street West, 7724
Harriet Avenue, 400-78th Street West, 500-78th Street West and 520-78th Street West,
in the City of Richfield; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is to be known as WOOD MINNESOTA
RE ADDITION; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the proposed final plat of WOOD
MINNESOTA RE ADDITION on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at which all interested persons
were given the opportunity to be heard; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary and final plat for WOOD MINNESOTA RE
ADDITION was approved by the City Council after a public hearing that was held on
June 25, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, as follows:
1. The proposed plat of WOOD MINNESOTA RE ADDITION satisfies the
requirements of the City's subdivision ordinances.
2. Final approval is granted to the Applicant for the plat WOOD MINNESOTA
RE ADDITION is contingent upon the following conditions:
a) Compliance by the Applicant with all comments of the City Attorney's
plat opinion;
b) The vacation of Harriet Avenue street right-of-way;
c) The Applicant must file the final plat with the Hennepin County Recorder
or Registrar of Titles within 120 days of the approval of this resolution;
and
d) Staff is authorized to make changes as required by the Hennepin County
Surveyor's Office.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 25th day of
June 2013.
