2012-01-19 Minutes Richfield Friendship City Commission Minutes
January 19th, 2012
The meeting as called to order by Roger Swanson, Chairman. Those present
were Roger Swanson, Dave Delzer and Craig Osten. Minutes were
discussed. The treasurer's report was given. The December statement
showed a balance of$3151.70 but did not include a CD of$1073.21 which
was recently converted from a 6 month to a 12 month maturation resulting in
a total of$4227.01.
Cynthy has moved to Costa Rica but will do her best to keep in close touch
with us. We have no further word regarding the sculpture Guillermo
Hernandez is working on nor regarding Richfield Park progress in Heredia.
Roger shared a Richfield Public Arts Tour brochure highlighting exterior
displays of public sculpture and mural arts designed by Kevin Klos and
presented by the Arts Commission.
We were saddened to learn of the passing of Carol Mortenson who was a
devoted member of this commission for many years.
Our next meeting will be February 16th, 2012.
