13-10782r RESOLUTION NO. 10782 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A SUBDIVISION WAIVER 7340 CLINTON AVENUE WHEREAS, an application has been filed with the City of Richfield which requests approval of a subdivision waiver for the division of 7340 Clinton Avenue, legally described as: Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 4, BLAIR'S WOODDALE THIRD ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to divide the above-described Parcel into two parcels, legally described as: Parcel A: Lot 11, 12, and the south 9 feet of Lot 10, Block 4, BLAIR'S WOODDALE THIRD ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Parcel B: That part of Lot 10 lying north of the south 9 feet, Block 4, BLAIR'S WOODDALE THIRD ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the City has fully considered the request for approval for the subdivision waiver; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that compliance with the City Code Section 500.05, Subdivision 1 would result in unnecessary hardship and that failure to comply • therewith will not interfere with the purposes of the platting regulations of Section 500.01. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows: 1. A waiver for the subdivision of the Subject Property legally described above is hereby granted subject to the following condition: • That the owner of 7332 Clinton Avenue takes steps to combine said property with the adjacent land, Parcel B, legally described as That part of Lot 10 lying North of the south 9 feet, Block 4, BLAIR'S WOODDALE THIRD ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota. 2. City staff is authorized and directed to take any action necessary to effectuate this resolution and to authorize the recording of conveyances complying with the terms of this resolution.
