Consideration of approval of the resolutions authorizing an Interfund Loan for Advance of Certain Costs in Connection with Property Located within the Cedar Avenue Tax Increment Financing District and approval of a Cooperative Agreement with the City of Richfield. Consideration of apt�roval of the Land Disposition Agreement with Hennepin County to develop 2517 76 Street West in accordance with the Community Development Block Grant Program guidelines within two years of the date the Agreement is executed.
