The meeting was called to order by Mayor Goettel at 6:25 p.m. in the City Hall Executive
Conference Room.

Bill Kilian (via telephone).
Steven Devich, City Manager; Pam Dmytrenko, Assistant to the City
Manager; Corrine Thomson, City Attorney; John "Mac" LeFevre, City
Attorney; and Cheryl Krumholz, Recording Secretary.
The City Council met for the purpose of attorney-client discussion of airport litigation. The
Closed Executive Session was convened pursuant to M. S. 130.05.
