2007-12 BILL NO. 2007-12 TRANSITORY ORDINANCE NO. 18.50 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING FOR THE SALE, TRANSFER OR OTHER DISPOSITION AND CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, STATE OF MINNESOTA The City of Richfield Does Ordain: Section 1. The real property described in Exhibit A in the City of Richfield, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, is hereby authorized to be sold, transferred or otherwise disposed of and conveyed by the City to Roger A Wahldick as Trust of the Roger A. Wahldick Trust Agreement ("Trust") or such other entity or person as may be designated by the Trust and approved by the City Manager. Section 2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to take all action as is required to sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of and convey the real property described in the foregoing Section 1, including, by way of illustration and not limitation, the execution of a purchase or land exchange agreement after council approval of the same and all other documents necessary to implement the approved agreement including, without limitation, deeds of conveyance and other instruments connected with such sale, transfer or disposition and conveyance. Section 3. The City Clerk is authorized to make corrections to the legal description in the attached Exhibit A as required by the Office of the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles in order to permit recording of the deed of conveyance.
