A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL FOR
RICHIFELD LIONS CLUB
TO CONDUCT LAWFUL GAMBLING
WHEREAS, Richfield Lions Club has submitted an application for the issuance of
a new lawful gambling license; and
WHEREAS, the application requests pull-tab operations; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute Section 349.213 provides authority for
review of applications by local authorities; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Safety has completed an investigation of
the application and finds the application to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council, City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That a lawful gambling license be granted to the Richfield Lions Club to conduct
lawful gambling activity at The Frenchman's, 1400 E. 66th Street.
Passed by the City Council, of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 13th day of August,
2012.
