Commissioners and Council Members:
On August 20, 2012 the City Council, Housing and Redevelopment Authority and the
Planning Commission will be holding a joint worksession to discuss scope, process, and
timing for the development and implementation of a housing policy for the City of
Richfield.
The following outline is intended to assist in the discussion to formulate guidance and
direction for staff in the development of the housing policy. The bulleted items are
merely meant to be thought-provoking and are not intended to steer the discussion or
define the scope of the policy.
