HRA RESOLUTION NO. 806
RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING TERMINATION OF
ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, a Minnesota public body corporate and politic, (the "Authority") and
Richfield State Agency, a Minnesota corporation (the "Redeveloper") did on February 15,
1994, enter into that certain document entitled Assessment Agreement and Assessor's
Certification (the "Assessment Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the Assessment Agreement covers lands now legally described in the
attached Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the Assessment Agreement was made pursuant to the requirements of
an agreement between the parties dated December 20, 1993 entitled Contract for Private
Redevelopment; and
WHEREAS, the Assessment Agreement provided by its terms that it terminates on
the date on which the Authority is no longer entitled to receive tax increment from the
district; and
WHEREAS, the Authority has been informed by its fiscal consultant that date has
passed; and
WHEREAS, the Redeveloper has requested that the Authority take formal action to
terminate the Assessment Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority in and for the city of Richfield Minnesota that the Assessment be and is hereby
terminated and is of no further force and effect as to any valuation date form and after
December 31,2000.
