HRA RESOLUTION NO. 802
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AT
7613, 7619, 7623 NICOLLET AVENUE SOUTH, 7532 GIRARD AVENUE SOUTH,
AND 6901-12th AVENUE SOUTH
WHEREAS, the Richfield Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City
of Richfield, Minnesota (HRA) entered into contract with John B. Mahoney Construction
Inc. for 7613, 7619 and 7623 Nicollet Avenue, Karla K. Dagnault for 7532 Girard Avenue,
and Spencer Dahl Construction, Peter C. Brandt and Lisa M. Bystedt for 6901-12th
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the new homes located at 7613,7619 and 7623 Nicollet Avenue, 7532
Girard Avenue, and 6901-12th Avenue are completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority in and for the City of Richfield, the Certificates of Completion for 7613,7619 and
7623 Nicollet Avenue, 7532 Girard Avenue, and 6901-12th Avenue can be issued.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Richfield, Minnesota this 16th day of January, 2001.
