CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Goettel at 5:30 p.m.

INTERVIEW OF APPLICANTS
The City Council conducted interviews of the following applicants for appointment to City
Advisory Boards and Commissions:

James Brinker
Maureen Scaglia
Betty Gustafson
Judy Goebel
Michael Christian
Jackie Heinen
Gary Ness
Joshua Hanley
Heidi Palms
The meeting was continued at 7:10 p.m. until after the Special City Council Worksession at
the water plant and was resumed at 9:45 p.m. in the Heredia Conference Room.
