No Members of the HRA attended the public information meeting regarding the Best
Buy Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement, which was held at the City Hall
Council Chambers on Monday, October 30, 2001. A quorum of the HRA was not present.
Therefore, no meeting of the HRA occurred.
