The Mayor, City Council Members Sue Sandahl, Susan Rosenberg, Gertrude Ulrich
and HRA Commissioner Heimberger attended the Best Buy Groundbreaking Ceremony,
which was held at the north side of 1-494 between Penn and Knox Avenues, at 10:00 a.m.
on Wednesday, July 25, 2001.
