The meeting was called to order by Chair Harms at 7:55 p.m.
Members Present: Thomas Harms; Joan Heimberger; Kristal Stokes; Dan Linnihan;
and Michael Sandahl.

Samantha Orduno, Executive Director; Steven Devich, Acting City
Clerk; John Stark, Community Development Manager; John "Mac"
LeFevre; and Corrine Thomson, City Attorney.
Rebecca Kurtz, Ehlers & Associates; and Sid Inman, Ehlers &
Associates.
Discussion took place regarding pending litigation. The Closed Executive Session
was convened pursuant to M.S. 471.705.
