Housing and Redevelopment Manager Nordquist reviewed the draft survey questionnaire
that is to assist in allocating housing fund resources that was prepared by Anderson, Niebuhr &
Associates, Inc.

A general discussion ensued regarding how to avoid biases getting into the survey.
Additional discussion about the categories and themes from which to draw questions took place.
