The City Council Members present attended a neighborhood advisory committee review of
information on existing traffic patterns and discussing possible solutions regarding traffic in the study
area bounded by 66th Street, 76th Street, Penn Avenue and 1-35W held at the Richfield Middle
School Cafeteria, 7461 Oliver Avenue, at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2002.
