The City Council Members present attended a neighborhood advisory committee review of
information on existing traffic patterns and discussing possible solutions regarding traffic in the study
area bounded by 66th Street, 76th Street, Penn Avenue and 1-35W. The meeting was held at
Richfield City Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue South at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2002.
