AMENDMENT TO SECTION 210 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 210 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield is hereby amended by
amending Subsection 210.01 to read as follows:
Subdivision 1. Mayor. Effective January 1. 2003. +lhe salary of the mayor is $8,235
$8,523 per year.
Subdivision 2. Council. Effective January 1. 2003. +lhe salary of a member of the
council is $6,302 $6.616 per year.
Subdivision 3. Effective D;]te. Thic ordinance bocomec off-ootivo on J;]nu::HY 1, 2003.
Effective January 1. 2004. the annual salarv of the mayor and a member of the council as
provided in Subdivision 1 and 2 above shall be increased by a percentaqe equal to the annual
pay structure increase qranted on January 1. 2003 to Manaqement and General Services pay
plans.
Subdivision 4. Effective Date. This ordinance becomes effective on January 1. 2003.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 14th day of May,
2002.
