RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF A PLAT FOR
6501 AND 6525 LYNDALE AVENUE (LYNDALE STATION)
WHEREAS, Wellington Management, Inc. ("Applicant"), has requested final
approval to combine the property at 6501 and 6525 Lyndale Avenue (Lyndale Station),
in the City of Richfield; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is to be known as LYNDALE STATION;
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the proposed final plat of LYNDALE
STATION on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at which all interested persons were given the
opportunity to be heard; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for LYNDALE STATION was approved by the
City Council after a public hearing was held on April 10, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, as follows:
1. The proposed plat of LYNDALE STATION satisfies the requirements of the
City's subdivision ordinances.
2. Final approval is granted to the Applicant for the plat LYNDALE STATION
is contingent upon the following conditions:
a). The Applicant must file the final plat with the Hennepin County
Recorder or Registrar of Titles, within 30 days of the approval of this
resolution;
b). The Applicant must file a permanent cross access agreement
between the parcels and provide a copy to the City;
c). The Applicant must pay the required Storm Water Fee to the
Richfield Public Works Department; and
d). Staff is authorized to make changes as required by the Hennepin
County Surveyor's Office.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 10th day of
April, 2012.
