03-9370r I I I 192 RESOLUTION NO. 9370 RESOLUTION GRANTING AN OFF-STREET PARKING PERMIT AT 2900-3020 66th Street West (Southdale Square) WHEREAS, an application has been filed with the City of Richfield which requests approval of an Off-Street Parking Permit for the parcel of land located at 2900-3020 66th Street West, legally described as: Lots 9 and 10, "Richfield Gardens", Hennepin County, Minnesota WHEREAS, the requested Off-Street Parking Permit has been reviewed by staff and meets city requirements; and WHEREAS, the proposed parking area will adequately serve the purpose for which it is proposed and will not have an adverse effect upon the public safety or general welfare; and WHEREAS, the City has fully considered the request for approval for the Off-Street Parking Permit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows: That an Off-Street Parking Permit for 2900-3020 66th Street West is hereby approved for a parking area as detailed in the plans entitled "Dimensioned Site Plan- C1.02" and "Landscape Plan-L2.00", dated 8/01/03, and drawn by the Architectural Alliance. . Approval is granted subject to the following condition: That the applicant shall submit a signed landscape agreement and an accompanying letter of credit or cash escrow equal to the value of the landscaping to be installed.
