RESOLUTION NO. 9340
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RESOLUTION APPROVING HRA RESOLUTION
NO. 896, REGARDING AN INTERFUND LOAN FOR THE L YNDALE
GATEWAY WEST REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, on May 19, 2003, the Richfield HRA did approve its resolution No. 896
Authorizing an Internal Loan for Advance of Public Redevelopment Costs in Connection
with the Lyndale Gateway West Tax Increment Financing District; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 469.178 Subdivision 7, all such
resolutions must be approved by the governing body of the municipality prior to the
advance transfer or expenditure of such interfund loan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully reviewed HRA Resolution No. 896 and is fully
aware of its contents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that HRA Resolution No. 896 is hereby
approved.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 27th day of May,
2003.
