The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 5:30 p.m.

Susan Rosenberg.
The City Council conducted interviews of the following applicants for appointment to City
Advisory Boards and Commissions:
Anna Thompson
Veronica Anczarski
Ronald Wilson
Carlene Ulmer
Meghann Heim
Ellen Stinger
Susan Rublein
Jo Romer
Jennifer Walker
Megan D'Orvilliers
Leslie Boie
Elizabeth Barnes
Mary Olafson
Phov Tran
Thomas Rublein
The City Council unanimously consented to cancel the interview date previously scheduled for
Monday, February 24,2003. They requested further advertisement on the web site, bulletin board
postings and a letter to Best Buy (Richfield resident employees) to recruit additional people for the Arts
and Celebrations Commissions.
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 7:00 p.m.
