The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 5:45 p.m.

John Enger.
Council Member Enger's absence was excused by unanimous consent of the Council
Members.
The City Council conducted an interview of the following applicant for appointment to City
Advisory Boards and Commissions:
Marc Sullivan
The City Council unanimously consented to extend the recruitment deadline for the Board of
Health Commission and Arts and Celebrations Commission to February 7,2003 and to hold the
applicant interviews together.
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 6:20 p-.m:
