AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 310.33
OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF RICHFIELD
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Subsection 310.33, Subdivision 8 of the ordinance code of the City of
Richfield entitled "Vacation leave" is hereby amended:
Subd. 8, Sell-back of vacation. Effective January 1, 2006 January 1, 2012,
employees may sell-back up to 40 48 hours of vacation time each year if they have an
accumulated bank of vacation leave in excess of 64 hours. Employees eligible to sell-
back vacation authorized under this subdivision, may do so only once per calendar year
between February 15 and November 15.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 28t" day of
February, 2012.
