The City Council Members present attended the Planning Commission public hearing
regarding a proposed amendment to the Comp Plan to amend the guide plan designation to regional
commercial for the following property: 63rd to 66th Streets and 17th Avenue to 1. H. 77 at Richfield
City Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue South, at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 26,2004.
