The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 8:16 a.m.

Director; Kevin McGinty, Fire Services Director; Bill Fillmore, Municipal Liquor
Operations Director; Dan Scott, Public Safety Director; and Pam Dmytrenko,
Assistant to City Manager.

Minnesota. Discussion included:

. Paid on-call Firefighter presentation by Fire Services Director McGinty
. Discussion of 2004 and 2005 priority goals
