The meeting was called to order by Chair Harms at 6:30 p.m.

Staff Present:
Samantha Orduno, Executive Director; Steven Devich, Acting City Clerk;
Bruce Palmborg, Community Development Director; John Stark, Assistant
Community Development Director; and Bob Voss, Attorney.
Discussion took place regarding recent Court of Appeals court case in the matter of
Kenneth Wren residential relocation claim. The Closed Executive Session was convened pursuant
to M.S. 13D.05, subd. 3(b).
